What does a house cleaning include?

The whole home, room by room: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living room, plus the balcony and the pantry. The team dusts, vacuums, cleans the floors and surfaces and takes care of the outside of the cabinets. If there’s a priority, a room that needs extra attention or a particular way you like something done, just let us know on WhatsApp before the day.

House cleaning or deep cleaning?

House cleaning is the everyday kind, the one that keeps the home in order. Deep cleaning is a separate service, made for the dirt that has built up over time, from the kitchen to the bathroom, corner by corner. If it’s been a while since the place had a full clean, send photos on WhatsApp and we’ll tell you which of the two makes sense.

What affects the quote?

The size of the place, the city, how many rooms there are and whether there’s an outdoor area, like a balcony, garden or pool, plus how often you want the cleaning. With that, and photos if you like, you get the quote on WhatsApp before you book, with no commitment.

Yes. House cleaning can be one-off, weekly or daily. You set the frequency on WhatsApp, along with the quote.

Do you clean inside the oven, microwave and cabinets?

Yes, as an extra service. Regular cleaning covers the outside of the cabinets. Inside cleaning can be added when you ask for the quote.

Do I need to tidy up before the cleaning?

No. You show us the place the way it is, and the team gives it back the way it should be.

Do I need to be home?

No. Many clients leave the key and come back to everything done. The people who enter your home are a trusted team, always discreet.
