Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients leave us the key and come back to everything done. The people who enter your home are a trusted team, always discreet.
Do I need to provide products or equipment?
No. The team brings the equipment and products, already included in the service. If you prefer, we also work with organic products, safe for your home, your family and the environment.
How does the quote work?
On WhatsApp. Tell us the size in square meters, the city, how many rooms and whether there's an outdoor area (balcony, garden or pool). Feel free to send photos too. You get the quote before you book.
What if something breaks or gets damaged?
It's rare, and we work carefully to keep it that way. If it happens, you don't have to chase anyone: we tell you right away and sort it out with you.
Do you clean inside the oven, microwave and cabinets?
Yes, as an extra service. Regular cleaning covers the outside of the cabinets. Inside cleaning can be added when you ask for your quote on WhatsApp.
Do you organize too, or just clean?
We organize: cabinets, closets, pantry, balcony. Every item goes where you tell us.
Which cities do you cover?
Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Givatayim, Givat Shmuel, Petah Tikva, Holon, Bat Yam, Herzliya, Ramat HaSharon, Ra'anana, Kfar Saba and Haifa. If yours isn't on the list, ask us on WhatsApp.
Which days and hours do you work?
Sunday to Thursday, 8 am to 6 pm, and Friday mornings. We don't work on Shabbat. Need a different time? Ask us on WhatsApp.
Do you do Passover cleaning?
Yes, and the schedule fills up weeks ahead. Book early to secure your date.
How often should I clean my home?
It depends on how many people live there, and whether there are kids or pets. We do everything from a one-off clean to weekly or daily cleaning, and on WhatsApp we'll suggest the right frequency for you.
Do you speak English and Portuguese?
Yes: English, Portuguese and Hebrew. Talk to us in the language you feel at home in.
